What is bridging?
Being able to celebrate girls and their accomplishments is what Girl Scouts is all about. And during the month of June, Girl Scouts have the opportunity to take part in the national bridging celebration, virtually!
On June 12 at 2pm ET, Girl Scouts from councils all over the country will come together to celebrate the accomplishments of every awesome Girl Scout who makes our communities better. Find out more and register here.
And if you are looking to safely host your own bridging ceremony in person, there is a handy guide to bridging ceremonies as well as scripts for each bridging level located here. In addition, as an important part of the celebration, bridging kits are available for purchase in store here.
Make sure you are actively talking to your girls about her achievements and honoring her path to new adventures and responsibilities. Girls are counting on you to help them make this important transition.
